Within 5 sessions I went from having pain every time I played sport to being totally pain free. This was an issue that had plagued me for 5 years since my knee op. Victoria has been helping me with my recovery from patellar dislocations and anterior knee pain for a few years now! I have had knee issues since I was 13 and have seen hundreds of physios for this and she has been the best by far! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, cannot fault her at all! Victoria always goes the extra mile and creates personalised exercise plans for each individual problem based on an initial assessment. Useful sports massage too to help relieve symptoms!
