I was so excited when I came across an appointment card of Dr. Gordon. I had hemorrhoid surgery by Dr. Mark W. Gordon in 1980, (he and Dr. Joel Fleisher were partners in Hialeah, 49th st) exact date on my appointment card is, 5/5/1980, lol Dr. Gordon was my surgeon and was absolutely 100% professional understanding, comforting throughout the procedure & recovery. I am thrilled to see his photo and to see that he is still in practise.. Stay Well Doctor Gordon. God Bless you Dr. Gordon, Pat
Dr. Gordon has no bedside manners, made me wait an hr or so in excruciating pain on a table. Got a personal call on cell and ignored me. Has no compassion. Demeans nurses. I would not take a stuffed animal to him. He is the worst of the worst of a doctor I have ever encountered. He needs to retire as her appears not to like his job!
Dr Gordon himself is great but unfortunately his staff is horrible to deal with as with many physicians in south Florida. They answer the phone when they feel like it . I have spoken to the after hours answering service on numerous occasions during office hours. The answering service has even stated they don't know why they aren't answering. I understand a medical office can get busy at times but on more than one occasion they haven't answered. In addition, the billing lady Trish is horrendous.

The doctor is good, but be aware of the papers you sign at the beginning. They won't tell you but if you don't go to an appointment, there is a cancellation fee of $35 dollars, they'll send to you address. The staff is rude and sarcastic. Also, they don't care about the patients' privacy, any of his secretaries may enter the room while the doctor is doing a procedure. Also you have to pay in cash if your insurance is not accepted. So, no I WON'T recommend! Stay away from this place!!

I really liked the doctor; he was attentive, actually listened to my concerns, was patient, professional and thorough. I would easily recommend him.

The worst staff ever !!! First time I was there and it will be the last , how bad they do their job , might the doctor is good ,but the girls working for him are unprofessional, bad educated, I was in shock how they treat the patients ??, and pay attention with your bill , they charge the insurance for the services you never received it . Not recommend it at all .

Don't go. Doctor office will send you a Bill 5-6 months later with a high balance. It is amazing how insurance is charged for $605 related to ligation of hemorrhoid.
