Had a horrible experience with Dr. Gordon, had an open wound that he said needed to debridement. (to scrape off dead tissue). I understand and trusted his decision but the unbearable pain almost knocked me out and he showed zero care about my pain. zero! I have since had to have it done again but with a different Dr., one that that cared and made sure if was numb. what a difference.. Dr. Gordon: i truly think it is time for you to retire..
The staff is very nice and the doctor is competent and efficient.
The doctor took his time to explain my condition and the treatment for banding hemorrhoids. Make me feel comfortable throughout the process.
After seeing previous doctors, Dr. Gordon was the only one who took the time to do a thorough examination and help treat the conditions I had as well as ones I wasn't aware of. During my visits, it was fairly quick to be seen and treated. The waiting time was about 30mins (usually under an hour) from check-in to seeing the doctor. From the time you enter the office (which is very clean) you will be greeted with warmth and treated with respect. DR. Gordon, Cindy and the team are very professional . They are happy to answer any question and I never felt as if I was rushed. Dr. Gordon explains all sides of the proposed treatment and was thorough in questioning me to confirm that his diagnosis and treatment plan were consistent with my issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Gordon.
For your convenience... You better find another doctor... just money they want from you not the patient satisfaction... Belief it !!!
Doctor looks good, but their policy and bill's management are dishonest. His staff will never explain you all the charges they may apply to you. After few weeks you will receive a bill for unexpected things like "Cancellation fee" if you can't make it to an appointment. I've read many other reviews online, and I found that there are lots of people in the same situation, They have received a variety of different unexpected charges besides they doesn't bill you the same amount of money for the same treatment, they rise this am... read more
Money hungry. Horrible experience!
Dr. Gordon is an excellent Dr. he took out my Gallbladder. He took great care in making me feel at ease during the whole process. He's a very caring Dr. and a wonderful person.
