Rude receptionist. When pulled up on her rudeness! She shouts at you down the phone. And then put the phone down on you!! Call back!! And she has the cheek to say say she won't be spoken to the way I spoke to her. And then tells me to find another vet. Shame really as Gordon is a good vet. First vet I've taken my dog to where she was relaxed and wasn't stressed with a vet examining her! But I won't be taking her back for the sheer rudeness that your greeted with everytime you ring up for advice or to make an appointment
My cat Una was very sick had to go a few times to sort her out now she’s much better back to eating and hopefully putting on weight thanks Gordon
Word of warning to everyone who use this vets ...if you can get a word in with the so called receptionist/wife good luck to you as she constantly talks over you ..I tried but again couldn't get a word in at all she speaks over you , she is very rude how the hell this is still in business is beyond me ... after trying to get my talk in as asked if I could speak now she rudely put the phone down on me ..this female has no manners , very rude , very ignorant...the man at the top needs to sort this issue out or risk losing busin... read more
