My daughter leases a property that Gordon Harris manage. A ongoing development nearby has blocked access multiple times, broken the sewer so that the toilets constantly block up & have exposed water pipes that are now freezing up. Gordon Harris have not done 1 single attempt to help her, putting the business at risk, jobs of several local people. They have been totally useless despite being informed multiple times of the problems.

Been a tenant with them a few years now and always found them to be very prompt sorting any probs with the building. Not sure what the other person heard but they're open until 5 and have an out of hours mobile. Overall, very nice team! Hope I'm with them for years to come!
