Initial phone call was very warm and agent was friendly but that was about all that was good about my experience with this agency. Got a call to say the agent was running 10 mins late, which wasn't a problem, followed by a further 2 calls to say they'd be even later. Eventually agent arrived 40 minutes after the booked appointment, even the owner had arrived back home in that time. I have had an excellent experience with this estate agent - they have been consistently very responsive, friendly and helpful. I have bought and sold several houses and they have most definitely been one of the best I have dealt with. I would highly recommend!
