What dedicated and caring people. They helped us with one of our cats while we were staying in the area. They were so good and explained the tests they had performed and the results.
Today we have had to say goodbye to my beautiful 13 year old dalmation Tallia. She was a wonderful girl. The vet and nurse who came to the house were really lovely and empathetic. It was time to say a final goodbye to my precious dog. Although I wasn't registered with GoPet, I called and explained that I needed to have him put to sleep at home (a service my vet does not currently offer), they registered my details and said the vet would be with me about 11.00. Lindsay and Cassie arrived just after 11.00. I couldn't have wished for more caring, kind professionals to help my boy on his final sleep. 0 Star — GoPets Bexhill permanently damaged my dog. I trusted GoPets Bexhill with my young dog, and it’s one of the biggest regrets of my life. Months on, he’s still worse than he was before the surgery — limping, in pain, not himself. And they do not care. I was told by Lindsay it was a “nice, simple surgery.” That was a lie. I wasn’t given any aftercare info until I picked him up, when I was suddenly handed 11 pages and told it was actually major orthopaedic surgery. I was also told five days off would be enough.
