Not sure who to contact about this. I tried calling the phone number but received no answer. One of your residents, walks out on the deck several times a day and makes noises through out the day. Sometimes it starts very early in the morning and he is out there screaming and hollering. I have my windows closed and still hear him. I recognize he is special needs but please take into account your neighbors.
