******* has gone a little over board with their ad blocking removal attempts. First, their ads have gotten so bad the vids are not even watchable. The ads are so long you can't even watch the vid without getting a spam pop up. Secondly, they are trying hard to swat ad blockers. They are disabling accounts and forcing people to do paid subscriptions for a garbage system. Third, they have disabled searches unless you activate your search history. I tried to rent a movie on ******* that was listed as HD. When I opened it up, the video player would only stream in 480 p, less than half the advertised quality. First I tried to get a refund because the product was not as advertised, but the automatic refund form would not work because I had "already opened the video" even though you have to open it to find out that it's only streaming in 480 p. There is definitely something scammy going on with ******* or Google, LLC. as theyre now called. They dont really seem to care about the usability of the site anymore because they JUST DONT. So, google has officially turned ******* and every other service into an info stealing and selling platform, not to mention the addblock campaign and trying to force people to pay for a massive substandard c*** service that doesn't even take care of it's content creators. I'm not allowing a s***** company to install trackers or any other info stealing software or use it via their service just so they can sell it to con artists. What a c*** hole company.

Google has the worst customer service. Phone works half the time. I asked for a replacement. I will admit I put the wrong shipping address for a replacement but they will never give you the opportunity to change the address. I called seconds after I confirmed and waited on hold 2 hours and was told they can't do anything and my card will be charged the full amount. People make mistakes on addresses all the time and Google just tells them "Oh well". They kept saying they will put this on an escalated warranty issue because my... read more

Google play is a joke, they are stealing money from their customers Pop Slots is the game in question it is very addictive and to play you have to pay ( if you want to play) their regular bonuses will not allow you to play more than 5 to 10 minutes..so a prompt from the buy chips and place higher bets to win more is always scrolled on the game..that might keep you playing for an extra 15 minutes if your lucky...and to receive a refund well they just don't think spending ***** to ***** dollars and only getting to play 20 minu... read more

We spend thousands and thousands of dollars a year over around 100 businesses through Google Ads and have not been able to get a single instance of customer service / support in over 4 months - cannot even get a response to an email. It is painfully obvious they are not staffing even a small percentage of what is necessary to maintain even a bottom line level of support.

Google supports hamas. Google also forces things into my feed that I do not want. No matter how many times I choose not interested or dont recommend channel the same videos keep popping up. Google will not stop showing me *****************, Hamas terrorist videos, or Islamic apologist videos. Google is intentionally persecuting me.
