This complaint pertains to Google Fiber Webpass. When will Google Fiber credit my account $100.? The company incorrectly dinged my credit card for equipment (i.e. the wifi router). This happened after weeks of calls to customer service. **************** says they "escalated" the issue twice. More correctly, Google Fiber "downgraded" the issue. I forgot my old email account's password and also forgot my old back up account email and I contacted google about it plenty of times and they just left me on hold well over an hour!!
This company only cares to syphon money from people! They purchased Nest and once the cameras got to a newer version, this required use of the Google Home App. You can view camera feeds from home.google.com, but there is not way to see history, create a custom clip, or download an **********. The Nest app won't allow adding a new camera by any means. The Nest ********* view allow custom clip creation which made it amazing. Google does not allow blocking of emails on its gmail service. Who does that? Google, of course, because they do not want you to block their ads or promotions as they like to call them that clutter up gmail. The problem is when you need to block someone who is sending you annoying or even threatening emails, there is no way to block them except that Google will gladly oblige you by sending emails that you don't wish to receive to your spam folder where you read them at your leisure. Google fiber is corporate trash. We plan to sell out house in 2 weeks, and the buyers scheduled to have service in our address the day before we close. A technician came without knocking, and did work which dug up our current **** cables. The technician took no responsibility and told us to call customer support or ****. Good customer support said to take it up with the buyers of our house, or ****. This is the lack of accountability I cant stand. My family is without internet for about two weeks before we move out
In November of last year I bought the Google Pixel 7 pro. At first I was excited to get the phone but now after a year of use I realized this is the worst phone I have ever owned. Constantly in and out of service no matter where. I'm at. Receiving text messages days later than when they were sent and apps. Always having to restart and shut down. Im selling my home in one week and the buyers opted for Google fiber. They came out and cut my internet line. My company cant come to fix it until after we move out. Google denied all responsibility and said they wont offer any compensation or even expedite their install for us to use Google fiber in the interim. They said because the buyers, who do not own or live in the home, gave them permission, theyre not in the wrong. We are missing work, virtual therapy for my son, and he wont be able to complete his homework.
