New telephone system to book appointments is 100% better than the previous system. especially the call back. takes the stress out of that 8.00 am call.

They're wholly uninterested in listening to you. And they're extremely dismissive. Just because you are a doctor, you don't always know best. I would like to say a BIG! Thank you to the Admin Team for their continued help, support compassion and professionalism whilst delivering a very busy and demanding front line service. You have certainly proved that, often small acts of kindness shown to patients, have a lasting impact at times of ill health. Well Done.

I am very disappointed with Goodmayes Medical Centre. I submitted an e-consultation form and never received a reply. I called the reception several times and was told someone would contact me, but no one did. The staff are not helpful, and it is very hard to get an appointment. This is not how a GP should work. Very poor service.
