I've been renting a property with Goodman & Lilley for a few years now and I highly recommend them. They are genuinely lovely professional people. They go out of their way to help to sort out any issues (I've accidently locked myself out once and they were so kind to help). Recently I had a plumbing issue and a lovely lady called Lacey got it sorted in no time for me. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. Keep it up. :-)
I have recently moved up from WsM to Bristol and went through Ben Chapman (Lettings Director), at Goodman & Lilley for my house letting, from start to finish, the service, care and detail were exceptional. Ben above all, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed, he explained the process, viewed the house with me, and made sure i was informed and updated at each step of the process, right up to receiving the keys. We just bought our house through Goodman & Lilley and were really impressed with the service we received, thank you to Adam and Holly and team for all your help, quick responses to questions, and being super flexible and accomodating (organising us and tradespeople prompt access to the house when we were doing all our checks and surveys etc). Made for a very straightforward, pleasant and efficient buying experience - so much appreciated.
