They were exemplary in all aspects, tenacious, persistent, good humoured and stuck with us when the going got tough! We cannot thank them too much. We can’t fault Goodman & Lilley for their help during our house purchase. Guy was helpful through the whole stage and was upfront and honest the whole time.
Stay away from this company! They made the most horrible photos for the flat then didn’t even take them out after I told them that this is unacceptable after I paid 200£ for cleaning. Then they left to go on holiday and for more then 2 months was left like that and every time I call no one will answer or will say that the manager is in holiday I wanted to complain but they told me that they have no one higher than the manager that was already dealing with my flat . Teresa was amazing from start to finish. I'd had a nightmare with buyers mucking me about previously, but as soon as I went into the Shirehampton branch and asked to market with G&L, Teresa made me feel listened to and understood. As a local, Teresa understands the area and the market as well as anyone. Adam takes amazing pictures and both Teresa and Lucy communicated with me every step of the way which is so important with the anxiety a sale can cause. I cannot recommend this office enough.
