What a joke , took my 91ye old deaf , blind ,disabled father for new hearing aids in the audiology dept , brilliant service , but told me to go straight to gp as one of his ears inside bleeding , couldn’t see where from? Went straight to his Drs , reception told us to go to pharmacy?? As we close in 90 mins !! And the answer No go back to his Drs urgently as should have not been sent to pharmacy, does anyone know anything anymore ?
