Poor service.Advice not given no 'hand holding for the new and distressing experience of arrest and trial, awful barrister who was ambushed at the trial and huge £5000 fees for both lawyer and barrister for failing to get me off and ending up in prison for a nothing crime. I had the impression the lawyer was not on my side except to get huge money, the only profession you ate paid the same for failure or success A bill arrived from legal aid months after sentencing don't know why
My soul will forever be indebted to the people who work for this Solicitors firm. Without their whole-hearted support and guidance. I couldn't have done it without them. I have my son back in my life and there's not enough I could do in this world to show my love and appreciation for what they have done for me. I will take it to my grave and far beyond the universe.
Worst law firm ever encountered. Do not use this firm, especially for wills and probate. Executors haven't done anything and it's been 6m now since instructed. Locum will and probate solictor, John Fawcett, is rude, impersonal, lacks empathy, and rarely works. Didn't put out off office on when was away for a month at Christmas and colleagues didn't seem to know where he was. He has misheld vital information that's causing even further delays and is dragging heels for no reason when we asked them to renounce. I wonder how he ... read more
