I have had properties for rent, for many years, with various estate agents. Goodchilds are the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you are a landlord DO NOT deal with this company. They have no organisation skills whatsoever. They have been nothing but a headache since dealing with them. So much so, I have decided to sell my properties, with another estate agent, of course. They are a total shambles from start to finish. Landlords keep away from them at all costs unless you want sleepless nights!!!!
