They are clearly only interested in commission and I have no idea how they justify a £3k bill when they had over 30 viewings of my property and yet 2 offers one of which couldn’t afford the mortgage despite me being informed all viewers are checked. We’ve recently used Goodacres for the sale of our home and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. They found a buyer for our home within less than a week after it went on sale and have been excellent throughout the sales process. A special shout out to both Lauren and Lucy for how responsive and helpful they’ve been throughout. Goodacres really are proof that using a local estate agent is worth every penny. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone selling their home.

I had one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had with a letting agency. I paid a £340 holding deposit to secure a property with a confirmed move-in date. I provided everything they requested: income documents for myself, my wife, and my mother (combined over £60k/year), as well as my subcontractor’s confirmation and payslips.
