Breached our data when we asked for a quote (helpfully cc'd in a bunch of other clients to our emails). Refused to acknowledge that they have breached the data protection act and instead blamed an intern. They use an icloud email address too, which isn't expected from an outfit of this size.
Used these guys recently and I'd definitely use them again, great professional service that was very very competitive!
