the people at the ozark location were so friendly and helpful,however the service center at the springfield location treated me like I was an idiot. I took my 2015 subaru to them today as check engine and other lights came on after an oil change. I work for a local Hospice company, and rely on my car everday. Had our Jeep serviced here and while waiting I had the best experience with their employees! So professional and polite! Went out of their way to make sure everyone that was waiting had everything they needed. Definitely recommend!!! Did an amazing job on service for both customers and our vehicles!

I don't even know where to begin these people are amazing. Seth and Richard pushed and pushed and got us a much needed reliable vehicle for my husband and I and our 3 boys. they forever have my business for any vehicle every again. they where a much bigger blessing then they probably even realize. if your looking for amazing customer service and an amazing deal they are the place to go. I still fill with tears of joy from now having that peace of mind feeling for our boys.
