Young blood has a great waiting area while you wait for your car to be fixed. they have snacks and drinks and a clean restroom area for customers
My wife has tried to get a hold of the parts supervisor I guess regarding a part I wanted to purchase for my truck to fix my check engine light that is on. She has called numerous times and somehow is always directed to Rich in whatever department he is and told that he will be able to help her with the part number. He never answers his phone and must not ever check his messages either because she has never received a call back or a response from him. The Nissan side is great. The Chrysler side is a joke. Easily the worst customer service. (This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with their lack of communication) I’ve called to ask to speak with Rich several times in the past week and every time he has been out of office or I get his voicemail. All I need is a part number for my husbands truck however, it would seem as though everyone but unavailable Rich is incapable of giving me a part number.
