Just bought a preowned 10 days ago and I'm already having issues. They "detailed" it twice and there is dog hair and grime everywhere. My AC is not working and they ripped my window tinting when they removed the tag. They set up an appointment to pick it up to fix the issues and they no called/no showed. They got my money and no they are done, thing is I bought a full warrenty.
I'm a single woman from out of state. my Jeeps check engine light came on Wednesday afternoon. Ryan Grabill got me a rental and my Jeep back this morning in time to go out of town. Very impressed with their customer service and honesty.

When I bought my new 2017 Jeep Chief Edition I would have given 5 stars! Customer service was top notch! I took my Jeep in to have a scratch on the finder fixed and they said they couldn’t do it right then because the weather was too cold and it was raining. So I should bring it back. They have me the paint to fix it and said to bring that back as well. We had already paid for it. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Youngblood so I'm obviously a fan. Overall I am satisfied and I will continue to buy my vehicles from them.The service is good and all the people are friendly. I just picked up my car after an engine problem and the service team was honest and actually saved me some money, which these days is rare. Thank you for that and kudos to Nick.
