Plain and simple fire Richard Logging. Long story short after taking 8 hours to diagnose a check engine light change oil and rotate the tires on our jeep renegade he cussed at me for calling him out on taking so long after he told us it normally takes 3 or 4 days. We live an hour away and we have a baby that we had to drag around Springfield for 8 hours. There is absolutely no excuse for taking 8 hours on something so simple. Youngblood has by far the worst service department I have every worked with. No one says the same thing it’s an absolute joke, I have been waiting weeks to have a near new Jeep looked at. Probably so they can tell me it my fault and charge me for the repairs. As a person in the service industry it’s honestly the reason the industry has a bad name. Maybe Corwin will help me out, can’t be any worse.
Youngblood auto group is the best group in Southwest Missouri to do business with. We have purchased several cars from them and we've always gotten great sales Service as well as great service on a vehicle. Sean Mabins, Scott Dasal and Jason Radney are great
Bought my jeep from Youngblood last year. Yesterday a major warranty issue occurred and it needed immediate help, when I called to have it serviced, I was told to drop it off in Ozark (I live in Republic) and they would look at it on Tuesday. As a single parent being without transportation for four days is not an option. When I mentioned this, they were not concerned that my nearly new vehicle I purchased from them was broken and offered for solution. excellent service and friendly
Not sure if my last review posted. But I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I walked around the Jeeps for 10-15 mins looking and waiting for someone to walk up, the guy finally walked up and just stood there. Didn’t say a word to me like I wasn’t welcome there. I’d tell your salesmen to work on their communication skills because I felt like that was very rude. So I left and will look else where. That’s just bad business honestly.
