Potential tenants, stay away from this company. I burnt myself with their electric shower due to a previous bodged repair by either their landlord or agent…! I went to a&e as the burn was so severe, told the agent and tried everything they could to fob me off! If only I knew at the time I could have persuade legal action! This is one of the worst agent in Brighton I had ever dealt with.
Do not use this agent under any circumstances. I rented a property through them on London road, they didn’t store the deposit as per the law requirement where you need to store it through a middle man (ie dps) for dispute purposes. On moving out, they kept more than half of the deposits @£600 with no explanations why. Since it wasn’t stored at dps, we obviously didn’t get the opportunity to dispute, I didn’t know at the time that this was as per the law requirement.
