I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I was kind of surprised that they left me alone during my consultation for quite awhile. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? They did what I asked, but not a bit more
It was so difficult to get an appointment with them. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly the receptionist treated me. The doctor is fine, but the receptionist is rude, inconsiderate, short and very obviously agitated EVERY time I have had to deal with her (via telephone, in person etc). Because of her I am going to have to find a different doctor

Does this psychiatrist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I think anyone would benefit from seeing them.
