Yes Did this psychiatrist answer all your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Definitely yes

Was this psychiatrist's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this psychiatrist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Absolutely Not! Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Not one bit

I've been under the care of Dr. Gonzalez for 15 years. He deserves a 5 star rating, however, the office staff's service isn't a 5-star. He moved from one office with an entirely different set up and office workers to the new location which started with an entirely different group of office workers to the group in charge now. Diane is one of the nicest people. Kim is very rude and an absolute bitch who won't bend or do anything more than she absolutely has to and the new girl is very polite and does her job. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Yes, I always had their full attention

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. The ladies (used very loosely) up front are perhaps the worst office staff I've come in contact with. Disapointed and Illegal

I didn't feel my daughter was safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Minimum wait is usually 1 hour. The person that works the desk and answers the phone are very unprofessional, not compassionate and rude....especially for patience that need special care. I would never recommend them to anyone. Dr Gonzalez made my situation even worse, by prescribing a medication that she is addicted to and abuses, even when a letter was written on several occasions to stop giving it to her. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was actually told that what I feel does not matter because I am not a doctor and have no medical opinion. I feel like my appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I didn't feel safe at all under their care. I didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
