I just returned from Dr. Gonzalez's office after not being seen. I was there for a follow-up appointment that was scheduled one month ago for 2:15 today. At 11:15 am today, I even received a text reminder about this appointment. I checked in with a very tall, over make-uped receptionist who, while not particularly rude upon meeting me, wasn't particularly receptive either. He does not listen. Severe reaction to medicine-he prescribed additional meds. Went for one med ended up with 3. The staff openly gossip about how his wife wants them to work long hours and holiday hours. Talk about Dysfunction....if you go, be prepared for a lecture not therapy.

Office staff not nice. Waited 1 hour to see doctor. They were going to charge me a fee for an appointment I had to cancel because my daughter was admitted to the hospital for an emergency. I understand they have policy's to make sure they don't lose money which is obviously the bottom line however a little compassion goes a long way. I would not have written this negative review if I weren't sitting in the office for another (so far ) 23 minute delay. Still not sure if I'm going to be charged for that cancelled visit . Smh
Very bad for business. Only about the money. The receptionists are very cold and not helpful. Mr/DR G took about 100k work of kickdowns from big pharma. See for yourself. Search dollars for docs. Now I know why. I almost died from his "expert" opinion.
