Dr. cancelled my colonoscopy stating they had NO AC in the office yet charged me $80. They claim the $80 was for my visit to pick up my meds for the cancelled procedure. When I reasonably refused to pay they chose to send me to collections. I spent hours dealing with their billing over this disputed charge. It was easy enough to find a new Dr. ......bye bye.
Dr Goldstein was calm, thorough, and explained everything very well. He made me feel totally comfortable with his expertise and care. I highly recommend Dr Gary Goldstein.
He was very pleasant during my office visits. He makes you feel comfortable and seems sincere. However he turned out to be the worst doctor ever. He's great if you have no problems, but when you get sick he is MIA. He ignored my test results, come up with his own diagnosis and never provided the appropriate treatment. When I was sick he wouldn't talk to me on the phone or schedule an office visit. His office staff gave me the run around and didn't return phone calls. The worst office manager and scheduling staff. They are in dire need of sensitivity training.
Dr Goldstein is competent compassionate and extremely pleasant. This is my 4th office visit in 5 years. Dr Goldstein has always been an excellent, pleasant doctor.. BUT in the past I've had difficulty with the attitude of the office manager and staff..as I've seen in others previous ratings and hesitated going,back because of them. Dr. Goldstein and his front office staff were amazing. I felt welcomed the moment I came into the office. The best part is the Dr. Goldstein has a refreshing sense of humor that put me at ease instantly.
Excellent. The practitioner was exceptionally knowledgeable. Decision-making was highly complex and therapy satisfying. This physician is both pleasant and highly trained and experienced.
They have the worst office manager and as a result, the front staff are poorly trained. My wife had just had a procedure and remembered that they had given her a discount coupon for her prescription on her initial consultation. They never gave me one on my consultation. So we called and they told I would have to come in and get it. I live 15 miles away. I get there and they handed me one for tablets and I said I had opted for the solution. Dr. Goldstein is a good GI Doc and has a friendly manner, 4 stars. However, the senior administator of the practice has been very rude and obstructive, creating an unreliable atmosphere, and even actively interfered with followup, so I have gone to another practice. Similar apparently to other reviews. (My first attempt to do review did not show on this site, so I am re-writing).
