During a surgical procedure, he performed another procedure. When I later asked about it during my post op appointment and I said I did not give permission for the second procedure, he snickered and said I did give permission; I just don't remember it. I was under anesthesia. He never asked permission from my husband who was right there. Recovery from his second and unnecessary procedure took me 3 months. I would not have approved it. Stay away from this arrogant and incompetent man.
Both me and my husband see DrGoldstein. Friendly staff. We find him to be very thorough and a doctor who listens. Procedures go very well.
Dr. Goldstein is the best! Let's say I went with my "gut" when I chose him to perform my procedures! :) I wouldn't trust my insides to any other gastroenterologist! Seriously, I had a horrible experience with another doctor years ago and was afraid to have anymore procedures done, however necessary they were. Dr. Goldstein was able to do 2 procedures same day without any problems!
What a waste of time! Took 6 days to figure out my file. Jessica is beyond an evil rude person. Good luck dealing with her horrible attitude. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! You have been warned.
Love Goldstein as a doctor, he is very caring & compassionate to his patients. He spends time, listens& gives helpful insight. His office staff, though, has always been very unfriendly & rude! Every time I go to his office or call I have some sort of issue. I've had staff hang up on me, snap at me, & basically lie to me! How disrespectful. It makes me want to find another doctor JUST to avoid staff. I hope this improves with his office........
