I have seen Dr Goldstein for several years. He is very kind and easy to talk to. I have sent my entire family to him. However his office staff and manager are the least helpful. They are rude. I have been hung up on, lied to, the office manager once called my boss and spoke to her about my condition. I have discussed with him these concerns. Worst dr. Did test. When I called with problem no one would call back. Office staff is bad said she looked at my records and nothing was wrong. Is she a dr. I had swollen colon diahrea. Told lost 20 lbs in a month would not message to dr. Also couldn’t swallow. Had to change dr. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!
Cut my visit off in the middle of a conversation. Spent less than 5 minutes with me and then left me hanging in the air with my questions. Something wrong here.
Dr. Goldstein is awesome, however his office staff is uncaring and unhelpful bordering on incompetent. I have been a patient for 3 years. I called on January 4th 2020 to schedule an appointment for February 19th 2020. I received an email confirmation to confirm my appointment. I took the day off work and drove 1 hour to get to his office. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in with the person at the front desk. Dr. Goldstein is ok only saw him once. Had colonoscopy done in oct. said I had swollen colon got med but still had it. Also bad taste. Called his office to see he could change med. called on fri. Never called back. Ask if he can change. I thought they were going to tell him. No thurs called again they wouldn’t let me talk to dr. She told me to go off all meds. Dr. Goldstein gave me my first colonoscopy some years ago. He is a sweetheart, but his office staff is incredibly rude. I don't understand why he keeps them. If you read other reviews, they are making him lose business. The woman at the reception desk really insulted me the last time I was there. I won't be going back.
DR GOLDSTEIN WAS WARM & CARING BUT HIS STAFF, FOR THE MOST PART WAS AWFUL--ESPECIALY THE OFFICE MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE & INSULTING. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PRACTICE. I DON'T BELIEVE HE KNOWS WHAT & HOW HIS OFFICE IS BEING RUN. TOO BAD!
I was transferred to Dr. Goldstein after my amazing gastro retired. I am now looking for an alternative as I have been unhappy with Dr Goldstein’s staff. He had one office person that has to be the rudest person in Tucson. The doctor is ok, but pales in comaparison to my former doctor. Also, if you have a urgent condition you won’t get in for months. Dr. Goldstein should fire this person who is clearly referenced as the source of his lower ratings...just read other reviews that reference her.
I have had several occasions to use Dr. Goldstein's expertise. I have always found him to be accessible, knowledgeable and well worth the visit. His office staff (especially Katrina) is excellent and incredible pleasant and friendly.
