Absolutley disgraceful experience was constantly harrassed and spoken down too by the staff at his practice. When confront the office supervisor to complain about my experience she stated she cant be fired so she doesnt need to worry about it. Staff was abusive, disrespectful, and rude. Because of this I will never return to dr goldstein and now avidly advocate against his practice.
Dr. Goldstein is caring. However his office staff is terrible. For that reason I will be finding a new doctor. I have some very serious issues going on and they will not let me come in. So the only option is the hospital. They made me an appointment for 1 month out. This can't wait a month. Save yourself some grief and do not go!
Dr. Goldstein did my husband's procedure. He is so kind. Genuinely caring; no phoniness at all. A true professional and a gentleman. The instructions were second to none and post-op fantastic!! I have already recommended him to all my friends.
Dr. Goldstein's staff is so wonderful and very helpful. I would most defiantly recommend this office to family members and friends. The girls at the front desk are very attentive and respectful and even though I had to wait for him, it was totally worth it. He has excellent bed side manner and you can tell how passionate he is about his work. He's very caring and definitely worth the wait.
Both doctor and office staff uncaring. Not helpful. Better off not going to see them.
Dr Goldstein is the kindest most caring physician in Tucson. He helped me through the death of my husband and I have stayed with him for myself. My son has come from another state to consult him. Speaking as an RN I can confidently state there is none better or kinder anywhere.
Love Dr. Goldstein - would not recommend only due to his office mgr. I owe nothing - ins. carrier has contacted multiple times. Office mgr raised her voice with me - told me I was wrong - it was my problem. She has hung up on me and the ins. carrier several times. I rec'd yet another bill yesterday. Until there is a change in office manager I will, unfortunately not go back to be humiliated.
He is a very professional and personable doctor. He is very sweet and very concerning when it comes to my needs and my health. He is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend him to everyone. He is such a gentlemen.
Had been to other gastroenterologist before Dr. Goldstein and it was a wonderful experience. From the time I called the office to make the appointment, seeing Dr. Goldstein, and having my procedure. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable physician to see Dr. Goldstein.
