I came across Goldney House Wellness Centre (aka Caroline & Becky) at a Business expo & I’m so glad I stopped to chat Firstly, I was looking for a venue to hold my 4 day intensive Coaching certification course (mBIT Coaching). A quick tour around the rooms that week confirmed I had found the PERFECT local venue for me for this annual training. Always an oasis in Chipping Sodbury. Caroline & Becky are true lived experience speakers & practitioners who continue their professional development & are hence able to offer the latest techniques to their clients. I always travel more than 30 mins for treatments here & it’s well worth it
Such an amazing evening attending the ‘Breath, Release, Reset’ at Goldney House in a setting where you can totally relax and be yourself will definitely be booking for future events.
I’ve attended multiple events at Goldney House. The friendly, warm and welcoming feel to these events has been amazing. During Breathe, Release and Reset sessions with Caroline & Becky, I’ve had different experiences every-time, from emotional release, to memory flashes, seeing colours and breakthroughs. However, every-time I’ve come away I feel more relaxed and motivated. I even brought my husband last time and he loved it as well
Caroline & Becky were asked if they would like to come to my place of work at Eastwood Park female Prison to our Prisoner wellbeing day. They gladly agreed and spent a lot of time talking to the ladies about how to manage their anxiety & stress levels which as you can imagine is quite high. The ladies responded really well to Caroline & Becky and took away some useful relaxation tips to help them use whilst spending their time in prison.
