I have worked at goldendale for almost 9 years and can honestly say I wouldn't want to work anywhere else, from the owners down to the house keeper they are all a fantastic bunch and would go above and beyond for every single one of our family of residents. We are a happy team here and welcome families with open arms. Diane ford x

My Nan has been here for over a year now. The staff there have been nothing but supportive, not only to residents but family too. When I was last there Kelly from entertainment had instruments out whilst dancing with residents and when Kelly had to leave, staff took over! They do nothing but the best for the residents. The staff are always open to conversation when family if they would like to talk. They were very fast to act at a medical emergency with my nan which I will ALWAYS be grateful for. My mum has been here over a year now we love it my mum is that happy there the staff are amazing the management are fabulous always on hand if we have any questions which to be fair is not often as the management always call. We love it that much that when my mums dementia worsened and the social worker wanted move her we fought for her to stay as my mum loves it there the residents are wonderful always happy and always busy with all the activitys that they do baking, colouring, games, quizes, days out they even had a reptil... read more

The team that support my nan and the other residents of this home are great! Not only are the correct skills visible from the staff but they also treat people like family and show they care. Rooms are always clean, living areas, bathrooms too. Activities for residents look fun and engaging and they offer good quality food choices! So happy that my nan is settled here!
