Working with Dave to finance the mortgage for our first home was fantastic. I was referred to Dave though a friend that had also used him for financing a mortgage. Dave helped us through every step of the process, clearly explaining everything and making sure we had all the paperwork well in advance so there was no rushing to meet deadlines. My experience with Dave ***** and Golden Oak Lending was wonderful. I heard an ad for them on the radio and had lots of reservations as to whether or not I would qualify for a refinance.
