We just refinanced our house with ****** *******at Golden Oak. The experience was simple, fast and virtually painless. ******was always available to answer any questions we had, even when he was off of work. He definitely made the process go so much smoother than I ever imagined and we saved a ton of money! I would highly recommend Golden Oak and ****** for any home financing needs!

Golden Oak Lending was phenomonal to work with! In particular, TOM ******, was fantastic! He was honest, caring, a person of great moral character, and true to his word in every detail of our transaction. Everything happened as he said it would, and when he said it would. This is a very good company to work with, and I highly recommend them!
This review is not about service received from Golden Oak Lending, but is a COMPLAINT of its Promotional Flyer I received that states its regard to my Lender but also states the company has NO affiliation with my home Lending company. I received a manila colored envelope with "NOTHING" indicating the company's name, address, city, and zip code. So I had to open the letter. My review isn't about the level of service they do or don't provide, rather a review of their deceptive advertising practices, specifically what they mail to people. Just received a letter in the mail today and this is my feedback regarding it. The letter is intentionally nondescript and a solicitation for you to refinance. NO WHERE on the letter OR envelope is the name of the company. No where on the letter do you even reference who you are. Tom was very pleasant to work with. I got a note in the mail and reached out and glad that I got Tom as my main contact at Golden Oaks. He was very prompt with his responses and offers and also explained in detail on how the process works and what to expect.
