If it weren't for the fact that I had done a refinance before, I would probably still be waiting for *** ** to let me know what is needed. Got what I wanted but only because I guided my representative along. Said he was well versed in the military and especially the National Guard but he had no idea how the Guard worked or that the Guard only drills once a month. Like I said, glad I had been down a refinance before, or I would've left Golden Oaks. Just all around bad experience.

I received a flyer in the mail to refinance my home without having to pay the PMI. ****** **** **** ****** *** ******* ** *** ****** ** was the loan officer I dealt with. He helped to make the whole process easy and fast, and everything was done either on the phone, mail or my house. I never had to go to an office to sign anything.
