We received a mailer made purposeful look like important labeled "IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR LOAN. Instead it is advertising and not a NOTICE at all in the true business sense of what a notice is. Such deceptive practices are beyond questionable and leave a negative impression. Let's see if this is printed on the BBB page offered for comment.

Our case was unusual. We had just emerged, successfully, from Chapter 13 bankruptcy and were in need of re-financing our existing, high interest loan to one more competitive with the times. Absolutely Terrible management for this company. I was sent an Approval through the mail from this company, signed papers to Refinance my house, this is a 30-45 day process. This company kept telling me that I would receive my loan every month for 5 months, I finally told them that I am continuing my business with another company and then was spammed with emails from the agent I had been talking to and his manager, after I instructed to not contact me anymore and I will not do business with them.
