We recently refinanced with Golden Oak Lending. It was a top notch experience. Everything was easy and was taken care of for us. The communication was superb. We highly recommend and will use again.

Would do 0 stars if available. *********************** gave me the run around for a year. Never had any interest in actually giving a loan, just keeping us in suspense and waisting ********. He must get paid by the inquiry.

Received what looked like a federal letter so I felt obligated to open it obviously. Turns out to be a mortgage flyer. I consider this predatory mailing and should be illegal. If I was interested I'd reach out to a mortgage company. Very rude to send flyers out. Who needs this **** filling up their mailbox and wasting paper? And on top of that it is made to look like a federal letter so people don't just throw it out.

After months of unfruitful apartment hunting, I decided to just take a mortgage and do some much-needed work on the house. After hearing about Golden Oak on the radio, I decided to give 'em a call. They made the process very easy. They ran my credit and gave me a great rate, in spite of being up to my ears in credit card debt (part of the mortgage would be used to pay that off). I was able to get a $100K 30yr mortgage with... read more
