Very satisfied customer. Really friendly staff (including Romeo the dog!) The lady who looked after my daughters ear was just lovely!! Quick, painless service. Reasonably priced, and the only ear clinic near by that treats children's ears for wax. Thank you!
Fantastic service. Would highly recommend. Took my mum there for ear wax removal and Dr Kaur really took her time to explain what was going to happen and made sure that she was comfortable at all times.
Came here for a microsuction of both my ears. Got to see the before and after pics of my inner ear which was satisfying. She found I had an ear infection, cleaned it out and recommended a treatment spray which I picked up in boots afterwards. Really professional, great care taken and friendly people. I also enjoyed meeting the clinic dog before my appointment.
I was really impressed by the service here. I had a problem with one ear and wasn't sure if it was an infection or that I needed wax removal. I booked the wax removal online, when I arrived I was given a check of both ears and told I did have an infection, and did not need the wax removal. I was given information on treatment medicines and was only charged for a checkup which was cheaper than the wax removal. If you are having ear issues I recommend going to see them.
