Greg did a great job in servicing my furnace. My only concern is that he offered to check over my air exchange unit and I think he must have forgotten as it wasn't done. Overall I am very pleased with Goettl's.

Derick F****** was exceptional. He came in, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in short order. He is both technically competent and an outstanding public contact and salesman for your business. Goettl's High Desert Mechanical just became our go to name for all our plumbing and HVAC.

Greg A**** technician was very courteous, careful and competent. He diagnosed the problem (no heat) promptly, did the necessary repairs, and was up front in telling me what the cost would be. I will definitely use Goettl's for all my future plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

I contacted Goettl's High Desert Mechanical after another plumbing company canceled. I spoke to B.J. who was very helpful in getting a technician scheduled promptly to sort plumbing problems at my home . Derick F****** , the technician / plumber arrived on time went right to work and sorted a broken sink drainage problem and outdoor faucet leaking problem. I am very pleased with this companies service and Derick was very efficient with the repairs, helpful with information and knowledgeable. Thanks very much to you both!

Greg was knowledgable, efficient, courteous and professional. No upset pressure but did point out something to consider in the spring. He seemed to be very thorough and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.
