Everything about GOETTL’S is top notch, from Kendra who explained the services and set up my appointment to Kelly the tech who was very knowledgeable, respectful, and an all-around good guy. I really appreciate the fact that Kelly took pictures and showed them to me. I highly recommend this company over any other in the whole Verde area.
Dana was on time and polite. He performed the preventive maintenance quickly and thoroughly. After finishing he answered all questions. I highly recommend Goettl's.
It was a pleasure to meet Derick Fringer, he showed up on time, explained to me what needed to be done and gave me alternatives to what I needed. He showed up two days later and installed a reverse osmosis filter under my sink. Prior to calling Goettl's I called three different plumbing companies and nobody ever showed up even though they said they would. I will only call Goettl's from now on and I highly recommend them, especially Derick who represented them splendidly.

Adrian did my semi-annual HVAC check and then came back a few days later and installed a new motor/vent for my fresh air system. His was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. He is a real asset to the Company. It was a pleasure to work with him.
