Very knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all of my questions and followed up promptly.
I contacted Goettl's High Desert Mechanical after another plumbing company canceled. I spoke to B.J. who was very helpful in getting a technician scheduled promptly to sort plumbing problems at my home . Derick F****** , the technician / plumber arrived on time went right to work and sorted a broken sink drainage problem and outdoor faucet leaking problem. I am very pleased with this companies service and Derick was very efficient with the repairs, helpful with information and knowledgeable. Thanks very much to you both!
Greg was knowledgable, efficient, courteous and professional. No upset pressure but did point out something to consider in the spring. He seemed to be very thorough and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.

Never regretted choosing Goettl’s. They have been honest, prompt, helpful, friendly and professional from day one. Consistently excellent service, which to me, is more than half of what we invested in when we chose to go with them over the competition (if you can call the others that). Our friends and neighbors opted for a cheaper company and boy have they regretted it. I feel very bad for them. We call Goettl’s for heating, cooling, and plumbing.
Greg did an excellent job, prompt and efficient. I have had my system maintenance done by Goettl's since I moved into my house six years ago and have always been pleased with the technicians and the scheduling staff.
The serviceman showed up forty five minutes late for our appointment. While he apologized, this is the second time that they are late or missed our appointment. More importantly, he quickly quoted us $198 to change a water filter in our drinking system. We Googled the cost of the filter on the spot: $62. The going hourly rate for labor in plumbing (I’ve called a few companies and asked) is around $65/hr.
