****** took $89 from me. They wanted that amount to send someone to look at my toilet. He arrived on time and said it would cost around $305.00 to replace the internal parts. A replacement kit costs around $22.00. A replacement toilet costs around $100.00. Of course, the quote was cost prohibitive. He smiled and asked for the service fee payment, and told me to have a nice day. I called ****** to complain. She said there is nothing she can do, and told me to have a nice day.
