I cannot say enough good things about our experience this week with ***********************. We needed a new water softener so we contacted ********. Unlike the other two water softener vendors we interviewed, **** was very easy going, i.e., no high pressure sales job, and he was very knowledgeable. When we decided to buy a softener from him, he asked if we would like it installed that day. We couldn't believe it, given all the current supply chain issues. ****** took $89 from me. They wanted that amount to send someone to look at my toilet. He arrived on time and said it would cost around $305.00 to replace the internal parts. A replacement kit costs around $22.00. A replacement toilet costs around $100.00. Of course, the quote was cost prohibitive. He smiled and asked for the service fee payment, and told me to have a nice day. I called ****** to complain. She said there is nothing she can do, and told me to have a nice day. Their service was beyond reproach. They installed my new air conditioner in one day and it works perfectly. I have an older home and there were no issues they couldn't address. I would recommend them to anyone.

Since they installed the system , they know it forwards and backwards. Great people, Greg Ashby was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He was very professional and careful at all times. Nice job, he did great, A/C is running like s champ.

Braulio was there when he said he'd be, was quick, courteous, practiced physical distancing & other safety measures & got my A/C working again. Thought I'd need to get a new system this year but he think's it'll last till next year. Welcome news!
