Having originally purchased my entire bathroom fixtures and fittings with Godwin, when needing to replace certain elements, I found both the pricing and customer service to be extremely poor. I was called "stupid" and asked "what the hell are you talking about" on the phone by an advisor as I used the wrong terminology for a part and that floor-standing vanity units were no longer made, despite another colleague separately sending me a quote/specs for several! John will steer you through the minefield of designing & planning of a bathroom including a fabulous selection of tiles. I can highly recommend Godwin’s from personal experience of using them recently for my three new bathrooms. One very satisfied customer.
