Had an electric window stuck down on my 2019 E-Class. Paul was fantastic, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed without any hassle or drama. Would definitely recommend.
Paul was highly recommended to me but one of my colleague at work and I have no regret. He’s the best that fix Mercedes-Benz very trustworthy and for me now Paul is like family and I trust him and he gives the best advice for your car and he fixed it to his best ability and knowledge very kind hearted man God bless him.
Paul is just excellent. He has hundreds of people a month ringing and dropping in, asking for free help, so he can seem impatient. But if you book your Merc in he'll do as much or as little as you want, all at great prices. He has lots of specialist equipment - the only E/S Class front spring compressors for miles - and really knows his stuff.
Used Paul for the first time to fix my ac on my E400 , what a fantastic fella and very professional outfit he runs there ,he is definitely looking after my merc from now on 👍🏻👍🏻
