Absolutely shocking customer service! Ordered a part for next day collection, realised I needed another part not too long after, so called back to get it ordered in. Martin tells me to go online for parts even though I just ordered a part over the phone, also tells me he can’t place orders for parts without taking payment first; even though I had just ordered a part without paying first.
