Attended today and was met by a horrible nurse who was smirking when she learned that my kitten appeared to be dying for not eating anything for 10 days after they vaccinated her. She did not care at all about the fact that this could be their fault and told me to go and book an appointment later. I told her that this is an emergency and my kitten is very likely to die before the appointment, but she could not care less and told me that she can do nothing to help. If I could give 0 as a rating I would! Extremely rude and flippant staff vets that couldn't care a less about your pets and are there just to take your money! They ask you to use their WhatsApp for appointments and queries but never answer the messages! Don't even think about phoning because you'll never get an answer there either! Currently looking for a new vet!
I recently brought my dog in for his annual vaccination and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. We were waiting in the waiting area for over an hour, during which my dog was completely calm and relaxed(Image attached). He was surrounded by other pets and even had two strangers come up and stroke him — he was absolutely fine with them, showing no signs of stress or fear. I love this practice I have been with them for years for all my animals, but today Thomas and his team saved my dogs live with bloat, they stabilise him the best they could to get to the closest animal hospital. I can not thank this practice enough for giving our boy the best chance.
Go elsewhere – consider Animal Trust instead Once you start looking around, it becomes clear that these vets are more focused on income than genuinely caring for your pet.
