Good customer service and friendly understanding staff, this branch of goddards I personally highly recommend as they always take care of my cats when in need.
This is the best Goddard's I have come across, friendly and efficient. I moved from Kennington branch as they were quite rude and seemed uninterested. Here everyone is very friendly. Ashley on reception is great and works hard to find an appointment that fits with your own schedule. The dogs even get free treats ! I highly recommend this branch of Goddards.
I would rate 0 if there was an option - I had both my dogs registered here and I would say the last year or so the incompetency and lack of genuine care has been abysmal. The people working there haven’t got a clue what is going on - the lights are on but there is most certainly nobody home. One vet was on google during our appointment trying to find a diagnosis… like? It’s an absolute circus. After eight years of being a customer l have been so disappointed with the medical service over the past five months. I now have no confidence in the medical ability of the practice or management of the practice from Goddard. This practice is also expensive, you will find much more reasonably priced and caring practices elsewhere.
Really gone down hill since Adam left. He was a brilliant vet who was honest throughout. He never forced or pressured me into paying for things we neither wanted or needed. The current vets add extras on to your bill with the terminology “I’ll ’give’ you” this, or “I’ll ‘give’ you” that! For example - “I’ll give you a cone for him too, so he can’t lick it!” Then there’s no itemised receipt at reception but the bill for 12 Apoquel tablets and 7 antibiotic tablets comes to £160!!!!
