Really gone down hill since Adam left. He was a brilliant vet who was honest throughout. He never forced or pressured me into paying for things we neither wanted or needed. The current vets add extras on to your bill with the terminology “I’ll ’give’ you” this, or “I’ll ‘give’ you” that! For example - “I’ll give you a cone for him too, so he can’t lick it!” Then there’s no itemised receipt at reception but the bill for 12 Apoquel tablets and 7 antibiotic tablets comes to £160!!!! Amazing pet place!
I had the best service here at this practice. Both the veterinary nurse and doctor were really helpful and friendly. I was able to get a help super quickly and my kitty is on the mend!
I have two cats and they are both registered here. They are amazing professionals and human beings. Very attentive, helpful and compassionate.
Check up for my cat today and yearly booster. Amee was very friendly and informative answering all my questions. Putting my mind at ease that my fur baby was ok From the person that welcome me to the receptionist and all the staff involved, you can tell that they care for you as well as your animal. I honestly recommend this caring Vets to you
