Avoid. Did and paid for my cats test on Tuesday (£400) Still waiting for someone to call me and explain me the results (Saturday)The receptionist confirmed they have the results back...lazy vet who doesn't take in consideration how worried I am about my pet but they rush to overcharge you.
My cat had had a sub bypass and was doing well.....UNTIL I made the mistake of trusting Goddards Wanstead. Took in for a sub flush. they told me it had gone well, then did not get back to me for 2 weeks about the urine test results. Prescribed me antibiotics but did not want to give me the written prescription to get online because they wanted to get more money. Wish I had never fed these poisonous pills to my cat, sent him into kidney failure. Took him back and saw horrible obnoxious vet called Laura, refused to take respon... read more
I had a great experience at this vet clinic. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly cared about my pet’s well-being. They took the time to explain everything and made both me and my pet feel comfortable. Highly recommend them!
