What a lovely team at the Putney branch. Very informative and helpful. They treated my pet with utmost care- they are so compassionate about animals and clearly love their jobs and it shows. Highly recommend.
I can not thank Rhiannon, the vet and Alex the nurse who helped me with my final appointment with my cat Ivy who sadly had to be put to sleep. The care and compassion at my appointment and just everything made her passing peaceful and though I was upset at the time, my reflection of the day was one of her having a good death. I also received a heartfelt condolence card and paw print which I shall treasure.... I have other cats and I always have a good experience here. Can not recommend highly enough.
