Fast appointment availability. The female vet was very friendly and answered all of my questions whilst smiling the whole time. She took her time explaining everything and attended to all my queries. The vet nurse was amazing too with helping the vet.
They are so friendly, my cat likes to go there. And the nurses are pretty friendly with pets.
Staffs are very nice and helpful
A stray cat entered my home in poor condition, visibly injured and unwell. I contacted the RSPCA for guidance, and they advised me to take the cat to any private or charitable veterinary clinic, assuring me that the stray cats should be seen to by any vets I then called the Celia Hammond Animal Trust, but they informed me that they do not have emergency veterinary services and recommended I contact Goddard Veterinary Group on Barking Road. Fantastic vet practice! We have never had an issue with obtaining appointments. We are always able to get in touch over phone or WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. Both front desk and veterinary staff are friendly and helpful.
