Went in to get my dog tested as it was urinating a lot in the house. Test ended up being inconclusive on their end (they admitted this) two times and each time they wanted me to pay them to do it again even though it was their fault (they also admitted this) that the test didn’t go through. Would not recommend this vet as I’ve also heard from other dog owners who used this vet similar experiences that are unique to this establishment and veterinary group.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Goddard Veterinary Group – Kennington I booked my little Ziggy in for his castration and at first I thought £340 was quite expensive. But once I actually went in and saw how the practice runs, it all made sense. There were two staff on reception, two staff in the veterinary room, more staff upstairs, and the level of care and attention was amazing. We have brought our dog to you for the last 8 or so years and all your vets have been lovely until a couple of years ago. We've now had a few vets who were very nice to us, the adults, but a little perfunctory to our dog. The other day it was obvious to us she was at the end of her life and we didn't want your vets to put her down so we took her to another vet (not Goddards) where they were lovely - so kind to her and to us. Lizz was amazing throughout with us, especially when putting Chester down she was really helpful in explaining the whole process and giving us the whole information and explaining whether or not it was the right time to put Chester down, amazing vet thank you so much
